A prominent women's rights activist, Loujain al-Hathloul, was convicted by a Saudi court on "terrorism charges" which include seeking to change the Saudi political system and harming national security.
Her only crime was to try to promote human rights and stop the barbaric oppression of women in Saudi Arabia.
Saudi Arabia once again proves that the rigid practice of Islam in the Arab-Muslim world is used as a tool by dictators to violate human rights, commit war crimes and crimes against humanity while exploiting the religion to justify oppression.
