As you can see in the below report by CNN, in the twenty-first century there are still countries that literally carry out witch hunts.
On December 13th 2011 a woman was executed by beheading for practicing witch craft and sorcery in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Two months before a Sudanese was also beheaded in Saudi Arabia for being a sorcerer and practicing magic.
Same Saudi Arabia, which for years served as the head of UN Human Rights Council.
This is what Sharia law looks like.
The video below gives a small glimpse into the horrifying punishments under Sharia law.
According to the Sharia laws:
– There is no freedom of religion or freedom of speech.
– There is no equality between people (the non-Muslim is not equal to the Muslim).
– There are no equal rights for men and women.
– There is no democracy or a separation between religion and state politics.
Sharia laws permits child marriage, forced marriage, child brides, polygamy, FGM, acid attacks, honor killings, flogging, beheading and stoning.
