Crimes against humanity, war crimes, brutal human rights violations are perpetrated on a daily basis throughout the Middle East, Asia and Africa, where Islamic terrorist organizations are gaining power like the Taliban in Afghanistan.
In these areas where Sharia law is practiced (Islamic religious law), there is no authority that protects human rights. Children are the first victims of this tragedy.
The video below gives a small glimpse into the lives of women in Afghanistan where Sharia laws are a social norm.
Domestic violence, child marriage, forced marriage and even honor killings are commonplace.
